2 cloves, raw Garlic
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Broccoli, Cooked
1 cup Spinach
1 serving Organic roasted red peper (whole foods)
1 serving Organic Sundried tomatoes

Recipe Directions for quinoa and veg

cook up the quinoa with veggie broth and serve with veggies for a vegan treat!
