Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa Turkey Stuffing

1 cup quinoa, rinsed
2 cups water
1 onion, chopped
1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
1/4 c. pine nuts
1/3 c. raisins
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
2 t. poultry seasoning

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Turkey Stuffing

  1. Place the quinoa and water in a large microwave safe covered bowl.

  2. Cook on high for 20 minutes.

  3. Stir remaining ingredients into quinoa.

  4. Pack lightly into uncooked turkey.
