Easy tuna salad for begning Quinoa users!

Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa Tuna Salad

1/2 cup quinoa
5 oz tuna in water
5 oz Chunk Light Tuna in Oil
4 oz pickle juice
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp chili powder

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Tuna Salad

  1. Boil Quinoa in water for 15 minutes to cook.

  2. Combine all other ingredinets

  3. Fold Quinoa with other indgridents

  4. Serve on bread or crackers
