1 small Onions
0.5 cup, sliced Peppers, Sweet, Red

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Tuna Pilaf

Chop onions and red peppers, saute in olive oil. Add rinsed quinoa and almonds. Add chicken stock and let simmer until all the stock is absorbed. Add drained tuna.
