277 g tomato
148 g
1/4 c lemon juice
1 c quinoa
6 basil leaves

Recipe Directions for Quinoa with Tomatoes and Chickpeas

  1. over med high, heat olive oil

  2. add tomatoes (i included cherry tomatoes, lemon pears) until they begin to split

  3. add garbanzos and basil leaves until garbanzos soften

  4. add lemon juice and season to taste

  5. cook quinoa

  6. add quinoa to sauce
