Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa and Tomato salad

90 grams Quinoa
210 grams Tomato Cherry
70 grams Celery
140 grams Onions
5 oz Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Quinoa and Tomato salad

  1. fry half the onions and celery with cardamon seeds, 2 bay leaves and a cinnamon stick until onions are soft on a low heat

  2. after you've rinsed the quinoa, add it along iwth double the amount in stock

  3. cook for 15 min uncovered

  4. at same time take half the onions remaining and fry them on low heat

  5. after 6 min add the chopped tomatos and cook them gently for 6 min

  6. when tomatos are soft, add the lemon juice

  7. when the quinoa is nearly done, add the tomato mixture to the quinoa, turn off heat, cover and allow to sit for 10 min
