Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa Tabouli

1 cup quinoa
2 cups water
1 tsp cumin
6 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup parsley
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup cucumber
1/2 cup sweet peppers
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Tabouli

  1. soak and rinse quinoa, then cook with water, about 15 min.

  2. chop veggies.

  3. mix, chill, and enjoy
