Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa Tabouleh with turkey and tomato

2 cup, chopped or diced Turkey, All Classes, Meat Only
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 tbsp Lemon Peel
61 grams Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 dash Pepper, Black
9 grams Italian Parsley
1 cup slices Cucumber
2 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup Quinoa
