Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa Tabbouleh Salad

2 cup quinoa
3 lemon yields Lemon Juice
4 clove Garlic
1 cup chopped Red Onion
1 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 cup Parsley
2 oz Mint
1/2 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1/4 cup, with hulls, edible yield Sunflower Seeds
1/4 cup Grapeseed Oil
1/8 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp morton's lite salt

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Tabbouleh Salad

Cook quinoa to package directions. Chop all herbs, onions, and scallions, and combine. Mince or press garlic into herb/vegetable mixture. Juice the lemons, strain seeds, and add to herb/vegetable mixture. Add oil and sunflower seeds to herb/vegetable mixture and stir. Add cooled quinoa to herb/vegetable mixture and stir. Let sit in refrigerator 8 hours before serving if possible, for flavors to marinate.
