Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa Tabbouleh

1 cup Quinoa
1 Can Chick Peas
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1 cucumber (8-1/4")(301 g) Cucumber
0.5 medium raw Onion Red
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 serving, raw Cilantro
0.5 cup Parsley
3 large Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 NLEA serving Lemons

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Tabbouleh

  1. Cook quinoa in water and add coconut oil when hot so it melts. Put in fridge to cool.

  2. Chop the rest of the ingredients and mix in.
