Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa & Steel cut Oats

1 cup quinoa
1 cup steel cut oats
6 cups water
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Quinoa & Steel cut Oats

  1. Bring water and salt to a boil

  2. While heating water, rinse quinoa very very well or it will be bitter

  3. Add quinoa and oats to boiling water

  4. Heat at gentle boil for 15 minutes - watch that it doesn't boil over.

  5. Serve hot
