Recipe Ingredients for quinoa spooon bread

1 small onion
1 cup quinoa
1 tsp sugar
4 large eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 lb butter
1 tsp salt
1 quart milk
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for quinoa spooon bread

fry the chopped onion in butter until golden brown. Turn the heat to low. Add quinoa out of package into the butter and mix well. Add the sugar, salt, and warm milk. Stir Slowly until the quinoa starts to thicken. Remove from heat. Add well beaten eggs, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix well and place in a casserole dish. Bake in a 325 deg oven for 1 hour.
