Cooked quinoa, fresh spinach and grilled chicken tossed with red pepper/garlic vinagrette salad dressing, feta cheese, slivered almonds and red onion

2 chicken breast, boneless, skinless
4 c spinach, fresh
1 c quinoa
4 oz feta cheese
4 oz almonds, slivered
1/2 red onion
8 tbsp salad dressing, french vinegarette

Recipe Directions for Quinoa, Spinach & Grilled Chicken Salad

  1. Cook quinoa, cool.

  2. Grill chicken, cool.

  3. Toss spinach,quinoa and dressing in large mixing bowl.

  4. Add remaining ingredients.

  5. Serve
