1.5 cup Quinoa Flour
1 cup GF Sorghum Flour
2 serving garfava flour
1.5 serving Tapioca Starch
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
5.8 tsp Domino Light Brown Sugar
16.8 grams Baking Powder
0.75 tbsp Xanthan Gum
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 large Egg, White
4 oz Yogurt Plain Nonfat
1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for quinoa-sorghum bread

  1. Mix dry ingredients together - set aside

  2. Mix wet ingredients together, then add to dry.

  3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

  4. Yield - 2 loaves
