Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa side dish

1 cup Quinoa
1 tbsp ICBINB! Regular (Soft)
2 serving Kirkland Chicken Stock
2 tsp Garlic
1 Teaspoon Thyme
0.25 cup Onions, Dehydrated Flakes

Recipe Directions for Quinoa side dish

  1. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Add the Quinoa, cook until toasted, stirring occasionally until light brown (about 5 min.).

  3. Stir in chicken stock, bring to boil, add onion flakes.

  4. Reduce to simmer, cover for 15 min. or until quinoa is tender.

  5. In a bowl toss quinoa, garlic, thyme & salt.

  6. Can be served with a sprinkle of lemon juice & your own variety of seasonings.
