Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa Salad with Shrimp

1 cup quinoa
2 green onions
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 cup cilantro
13 ounces shrimp
1 red pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tablespoon italian salad dressing (1/4 cup red bull inn salad dressing)

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Salad with Shrimp

Cook quinoa as directed on package, let cool. Chop vegetables and put herbs in food processor to process (you can add the onion if you like). Place everything in bowl and mix, chill before serving. You can add salt and pepper if you prefer. Use any light ilalian dressing if you don't have Red Bull.
