Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa Salad

1/4 cup slices Cucumber
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1/4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
4/5 oz Feta Cheese
4 olives Kalamata Olives
0.33 cup quinoa

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Salad

Cook quinoa according to directions, add olive oil and balsamic to taste, add herbs. Refrigerate. Chop vegetables and crumble feta- add to quinoa when chilled.
