Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa Salad

0.5 cup Quinoa
1 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber, Peeled
1 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
4 tbsp Lite Northern Italian w/Basil

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Salad

  1. Cook quinoa according to package directions.

  2. Chop cucumber and half tomatoes.

  3. Mix all ingredients together with dressing and chill for at least 4 hours.
