A great side dish. Lower calorie and less gluten alternative to potato or pasta salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa Salad

4 oz Garlic and Herb Crumbled Goat's Milk Feta Cheese
4 tbsp Unico Sliced Black Olives
2 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
4 Teaspoon Juice
1 tsp Lemon Pepper
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
4 oz Onion Red
0.5 cup Organic Cherry Tomatoes
300 grams Quinoa

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Salad

Measure six cups cooked then chilled Quinoa into med mix bowl add and Mix Olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and lemon pepper. All veggies are chopped incl sundried tomato. Cherry tomato are halved. Add all other ingredients. Serve chilled.
