2 cup, sliced Mangos
1 lime yields Lime Juice
16 oz Black Beans
1 tsp Ginger Root

Recipe Directions for quinoa salad

Cook quinoa, mix in cut mango, a can of rinsed/drained black beans. Squeeze in lime juice and graded fresh ginger.
