Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa salad

1 c quinoa
1 c tomatoes
1 c cucumbers
1/4 c cilantro
2 T olive oil
3 T lemon juice
1 t salt
1/4 c sunflower seeds

Recipe Directions for Quinoa salad

  1. cook quinoa with salt according to directions. cool.

  2. chop tomatoes and cucumbers

  3. mince cilantro.

  4. mix oil and lemon juice, pour over all.

  5. sprinkle with sunflower seeds
