Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa salad

2 cup cooked quinoa
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tsp salt
2 ears cooked corn
1/2 green pepper
2 1/4 cups cooked black beans

  1. combine quinoa with two cups water

  2. bring to boil then simmer 20 minutes

  3. add to other ingredients and chill
