Recipe Ingredients for quinoa salad

1/3 cup dry quinoa
15 oz black beans
2 teaspoons olive oil
3 tablespoons red bell pepper
3 tablespoons green bell pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup scallions
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

Recipe Directions for quinoa salad

add all ingredients well, chill. (after quinoa is cooked.)
