Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa Salad

1 cup cooked quinoa
1 cup squash
200 g red pepper
250 g turkey breast
20 g spring mix lettuce
3 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves roasted garlic
1/2 small onion

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Salad

Roast ingredients except red pepper and turkey. Combine.
