Delicious as an appetizer, main meal or snack! Tastes great warm or cold.

Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa Salad

1 cup Quinoa
4 oz Stop
1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
7 1/2 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 ea. Raw Tomato Cherry
2 tbsp chopped Shallots
4 tbsp Parsley

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Salad

  1. Cook quinoa per package instructions.

  2. Dice shallots, celery, carrots, parsley and quarter cherry tomatoes.

  3. Add olive oil to help mixture stay together.

  4. Salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Adding chicken (boiled is best!) is also a yummy way to add protein.
