Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa Salad

1.5 cup Quinoa, Organic
3 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 oz Juice
0.5 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
2 oz Mint
4 clove Garlic
1 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 oz Feta Cheese Crumbles

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Salad

Toast quinoa in hot sauce pan for 5 minutes stirring continuously. Add water and cook quinoa. Separately mix olive oil, lemon juice and finely diced garlic cloves. Add salt and pepper to taste. Finely chop herbs. Half or quarter grape tomatoes. Dice red bell peppers. Combine all ingredients. Toss.
