2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
1 pinch cayenne
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp buttermilk
3/4 cup uncooked quinoa
4 scallions
1 small cucumber
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 lb shrimp
