Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa Salad With Lime Ginger Dressing and Shrimp

2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
1 pinch cayenne
2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp buttermilk
3/4 cup uncooked quinoa
4 scallions
1 small cucumber
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 lb shrimp

  1. 1. In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the lime juice, rice wine vinegar, ginger, garlic, salt, cayenne, sesame oil, canola oil, and buttermilk.
