8 oz Cilantro
2 tbsp Vinegar red wine
2 tbsp Grapeseed Oil
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup Quinoa
15 oz Beans, Black, Mature Seeds

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Salad with Black Beans and Mango

Throw mango, bell pepper, scallions, and cilantro into bowl. Add the vinegar, grapeseed oil and salt and mix. Stir in quinoa, then black beans.
