Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa Salad with Black Beans and Fruit

2 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) Pears
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
3 serving Cilantro leaves
2 tbsp Vinegar red wine
2 tbsp Grapeseed Oil
1/4 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup (dry) (uncooked) Quinoa Organic Grain
1 1/2 cup Black Beans

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Salad with Black Beans and Fruit

Combine fruit, bell peper, scallions and cilantro in mixing bowl. All the red wine vinegar, grapeseed oil and salt; stir to combine. Add the cooked and cooled quinoa and stir until everything is well incorporated. Fold in the black beans. Serve immediately or let sit and let the flavors meld. Tastes good chilled and at room temperature.
