carrot, cucumbers, red onion, tomato, walnuts, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar

Recipe Ingredients for quinoa salad 1

3/4 cup cooked Quinoa
8 baby carrots
1/4 red onion
1/4 cucumbers
1/8 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 tomato
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp balsamic vinegar

Recipe Directions for quinoa salad 1

  1. cut or slice up veggies the way you want it. Cook quinoa until it looks like sprouts. Mix them up add lime.

  2. top it off with avacado if needed. Best if eaten fresh. If you are taking it somewhere keep cucumber, tomato away front he rest of the veggies. Add tofu if you like it.
