1 1tsp Olive Oil
5 plum tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 clove Garlic
2 cup Chard, Swiss
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for quinoa "rissotto"

  1. cook cut swiss chard in salted water in salted water

  2. drain

  3. cook tomatoes in olive oil and garlic

  4. add water and quinoa

  5. cook 20 min

  6. add water if necessary

  7. add cooked swiss chard

  8. cook 5 min longer
