Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa Recipe

0.33 cup, chopped Onions
1 clove Garlic
3 medium Mushrooms
0.12 cup, chopped Carrots
2 cup Spinach
0.33 tbsp Olive Oil
1.4 cup Black Beans Drained and Rinsed
1.5 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
3 serving Diced Tomatoes with Basil Garlic and Oregano
0.6 block Tofu, Firm
12 average strips Meal Starters Chik'n Strips
0.75 cup Quinoa

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Recipe

Cook veggies in small amount of oil, add canned items. Add Quinoa after about 7 mins of cooking. Add 1.25c of water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer until Quinoa is translucent. Add cheese at the very end.
