2 oz Shelled Raw Sunflower Seeds
2.1 cup Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas), Organic
6 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 tsp Vinegar red wine
0.25 cup Flaxseed
1.5 cup, chopped Broccoli
