This is how I typically cook my quinoa.

Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa

1 cup (dry) (uncooked) Quinoa Organic Grain
2 1tsp Olive Oil
0.5 large Onions
4 4 mushrooms Mushrooms, Shiitake

Recipe Directions for Quinoa

Saute onions mushrooms in olive oil. After onions are translucent at quinoa and saute for a few minutes. Cook in 2 cups of vegetable broth.
