Savory Quinoa, made with Olive Oil

Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa

3/4 cup
1 tbs
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper

Recipe Directions for Quinoa

  1. Fry the Quinoa in Olive Oil until browned. Add 1 & 1/2 Cups water. Turn the heat down to low and cover and simmer for 20+ minutes until fluffy and brownish-red.

  2. Makes 6 servings.
