Cook Quinoa. Cream together Becel and Sugar. Mix in eggs, almond milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Stir in 2 cups cooked Qunoa. Put in sprayed casserole dish. Cook 350 for 40 min.

0.75 cup Quinoa
2 large Egg, Whole
6 tsp Becel with Bertoli Olive Oil Margarine
75 grams Cane Grains Sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
8 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
1 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
