I got this recipe off of a box of quinoa.

Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa Pilaf

2 cup Quinoa
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.5 cup, diced Celery
0.5 cup, chopped Carrots
0.25 cup, sliced Almonds
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 clove Garlic
0.11 tbsp Oregano

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Pilaf

  1. 1. Cook quinoa as directed on the package or like rice in a rice cooker.

  2. 2. Saute Veggies and garlic include the celery greens in the olive oil.

  3. 3. Once veggies are tender add quinoa and sprinkle with almonds.
