Recipe Ingredients for quinoa over a bed of greens

1 cup quinoa
1 cup beans, garbonzo
1 bacon, 3 slices
1/2 onion
2 clove garlic
1/4 cup tahini
1 tbsp lemon juice
6 cups kale
6 cups chard, red

Recipe Directions for quinoa over a bed of greens

chop 3 slices of bacon and 1/2 onion, cook in wok until onions are almost translucent. chop 1 bunch kale and 1 bunch chard and add to bacon and onions, add 1 minced garlic clove and season to taste. make quinoa according to directions, make tahini according to directions, add garbonzo beans to quinoa for last minute. serve.
