Recipe Ingredients for quinoa orange muffins

3/4 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup cooked quinoa
1 1/4 cup cornmeal
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
4 oranges
1 large banana
1/3 cup apple juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon canola oil
1 egg
2 egg whites
2/3 cup pitted dates

Recipe Directions for quinoa orange muffins

  1. bake 350 degrees

  2. chops oranges into segments

  3. in food processor mix bananna,apple juice

  4. brown sugar,honey,oil,egg and egg whites

  5. put in orange segments and zest of two oranges

  6. mix dry ingredients together,then fold in quinoa

  7. mix wet to dry

  8. bake 30-40 mins
