1 cup Quinoa
2 cups water
2 cups blueberries (frozen)
1/2 cup Splenda
2 tbs Cinnamon
1/3 cup pecans

  1. Cook Quinoa

  2. Toast pecans in oven

  3. Once quinoa is cooked, Stir in blueberries, splenda and cinnamon then pecans.
