Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa made easy

1/2 cup onion chopped
2 tsp fresh garlic, minced
1 yellow pepper
1/2 cup quinoa, rinsed, drained & toasted
1 1/2 cups water
400 g canned tomatoes
1/4 cup ketchup

Recipe Directions for Quinoa made easy

  1. Make sure the quinoa is well rinsed and drained.

  2. Saute onion and garlic.

  3. Add rest of ingredients, bring to boil.

  4. Reduce heat, stir and cover 15 mins or until all water is absorbed.
