Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa and lentils

1/2 c quinoa
1/2 c dried lentils
1 carrot
1 celery stalk
5 scallions
2 c water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for Quinoa and lentils

Soak quinoa and lentils for 15 minutes and rinse well to avoid bitterness. Simmer quinoa and lentils in 2 c water with bouillon for 10 minutes. Add vegetables and simmer an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
