1/4 cup Quinoa
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
5 large Squash, Zucchini, Baby
1 cup Parsley
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Cook quinoa and lentils seperatly. Once cooled add chopped veggies, olive oil and balsamic vinegar
