Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa Lentil Salad

3 cups parsley
3/4 cup feta
1 1/2 cup lentils
1 1/2 cups quinoa
2 cups tomato
1 cup cucumber
3/4 cup red onion
5 tsp garlic
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/6 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp hot sauce

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Lentil Salad

  1. Chop it up vegetables and feta
