Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa/Lentil chili

8 cup Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
5 clove Garlic
4 tsp Chili Powder
16 oz Lentils, Mature Seeds
29 oz Tomatoes
15 oz Black Beans Drained and Rinsed
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
8.4 oz Quinoa
432 grams Golden Corn

Recipe Directions for Quinoa/Lentil chili

  1. Place all ingredients in pot.

  2. Cook 30 minutes on medium low heat partially covered.

  3. Cook additional ten minutes on medium low heat uncovered.
