Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa and Kale salad

1 cup quinoa
1 t salt
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cloves garlic
3 3/10 oz Kale
3 3/10 oz swiss chard
1/2 red bell peppers
1/2 fennell
1 green onion

Recipe Directions for Quinoa and Kale salad

  1. cook quinoa according to directions. cool.

  2. mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and salt for dressing.

  3. chop all vegies

  4. mix with quinoa and dressing
