Quinoa with Honey, nuts, fruit, raisins and olive oil

Recipe Ingredients for Quinoa (Honey, Nuts, fruit)

3/4 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Walnuts
1/2 cup Blueberries
4 tablespoons Wildflower Honey
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 cup Quinoa (Cooked)

Recipe Directions for Quinoa (Honey, Nuts, fruit)

  1. 1 Cup (dry) quinoa in 2 Cups water. Boil. Then cover, simmer about 15-18 mins (until water is absorbed).

  2. Mix all other ingredients and stir into cooked quinoa when it cools a bit.
