2 serving quinoa 1/4 cup
165 grams Onions
145 grams Mushrooms
320 grams (Jennie-O) Ground Turkey 93% Lean
15 grams Garlic

Recipe Directions for Quinoa Ground Turkey stuffing

Chop veggies & soften onions & garlic in a pan. Separately prepare quinoa per instructions and brown ground turkey. Mix all ingredients and simmer together for about 15 minutes. Use as stuffing for approximately 6 bell peppers that will then be baked at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
