1/2 cup dry quinoa
1/4 cup onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups spinach
2 eggs
1 garlic salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Quinoa with fried egg

  1. saute onion and garlic with olive oil, salt and pepper.

  2. meanwhile, prepare quinoa according to directions.

  3. remove onion and saute spinach.

  4. combine quinoa, onion and spinach.

  5. Separate mixture into 2 bowls.

  6. fry egg and put on top of mixture.
